Frequently asked questions
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are; nothing is rasterized or recompressed.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
No. Encrypted PDFs are rejected. Remove the protection in the program you used to create the file, then try again.
Are bookmarks and form fields kept?
Page content is kept. Document-level elements such as bookmarks (outlines) of the individual files are not carried over into the merged file.
